The cooking lessons are given in the "Taverna di Eolo" at Villa Rosa dei Venti. Throughout your time at culinary school you will learn about the ingredients and the traditions surrounding each of the dishes prepared. During the cooking lesson we'll do a break and we'll taste our wine.
