Cooking Class

The art of Tuscan cooking

LEARN WHILE HAVING FUN AND... EATING

It is precisely this love for things made with care that Barbara and Stefano wish to share with their guests. Cooking classes are offered by Barbara and her sister-in-law Chiara at the charming restaurant Locanda della Luna, located at Villa Rosa dei Venti.

The ingredients are natural, extremely fresh, and seasonal, grown and produced on the estate's land and by local farms.

The class lasts three hours and is followed by lunch or dinner featuring the dishes prepared "in class," paired with wines from the estate. Snacks will also be provided to entertain guests while cooking or kneading pasta and desserts.

Guests who wish may prepare the "Feast Lunch," from appetizers to dessert, including handmade pasta, meat, and vegetables. The main ingredient will always be the estate-produced extra virgin olive oil, shipped all over the world.

All the recipes are included in the second book written by Barbara, "Tuscan Memories in the Kitchen." Leafing through its pages, readers can embark on a journey of flavors and feel the passion, warmth, and deep bond that ties the Micheli family to this land. During the cooking activities, guests will have the opportunity to listen to stories and anecdotes from everyday life and experience the authenticity of a Tuscan family, accompanied by a glass of good wine and handmade focaccia.

The courses are open both to guests of Villa Rosa dei Venti and to all food lovers who wish to join.
Barbara looks forward to welcoming you!
